Lately, whenever I do pull ups etc. I feel really fucking tired after 2 or 3 reps and have to stop. Tired as in sleepy. It's really weird.
Has something to do with your blood pressure I would imagine. I have no idea what it could mean, though
I have quite low blood pressure, but it's not a problem with any other exercise.
WHATTUP WTF IM OPTIMUS PRIME
um stop tring to flex so hard u fat fuck
i wasnt flexing u nerd im just hot as fuck
Hey brahs gained like 2 pounds in 3 days lmao. Probably because I'm eating so much.
How much is too much brotein? I mean I probably ate like, 175g of protein today lmao. Too much? I'm 140 pounds now.
you only need 1g of "brotein" as you call it per pound of bodyweight, as a general guide.
ive found 1.5g/lb or more works better/good baseline
daww shit. Greetings from hospital. My stomach hurts like hell and theyre probably going to cut my appendix
I had to get my cut as well.
Wish I had the cash to support such a diet.
uhh just eat a packet of quark daily. 500 grams of milk quark costs an euro here in generally expesive finland. Thats 60 grams of protein on top of your regular diet.
Just did Squat 5x5 200lbs
Barbell Row 5x5 95lbs. ( Could have done more, was being a puss).
Deadlifts 1x5 185
Benchpress 5x5 100lbs ( I was tired as fuck by this time).
Crunches 3 sets til fail.
BTW, am I the only one who fucking hates the EZ bar.
Iuno wtf happened.. I made a 16 pound gain in a few months and I've been stuck at like 140-146 for awhile now.. Maybe I hit my plateau?
they had to put him down. So sad....

Eat more.
You guys are all fearless when it comes to potential fat gains.
I don't even know what fat is.
OH YOU MEAN THE WEIGHT I LIFT WHEN I'M NOT AT THE GYM

Finished my 12th week of SS and I think I want to move on to a split routine. Went from 125 to 134 pounds. Height is 5'7.
Before:
Benchpress: 115
Squat: 125
Deadlift: 135
Now:
Benchpress: 170
Squat: 225
Deadlift: 265
Any advice on whether or not I should move on to a split? I'm getting really friggen bored of SS...
Just DLed 120kg/265lbs
new 1rm
feels good man
amazing gains. what can I say ;p
Even though you get amazing gains, you want to switch something that works perfectly. doesn't make sense.

Also, two pack abs ftw.
I just did my first 5x5 of overhead press and by the 4th set my legs were shaking. Is that normal or is my form wrong or am I just weak as fuck? (rhetorical question, I know I'm weak as fuck)
it says online to clench my ass together, I don't think I did though. Would that do it?
Whenever I do standing OHP, I use my back a lot. It's weird.
What should I consider stalling on a set? Should it be when I have to spend one to several seconds bulking up for for a big push, or literally not being able to finish the set? Or somewhere in between? I find that I've been considering it a failed set only if I physically can't finish it. Is this correct?
No. Going to failure is dumb anyway.
Well, it's not necessarily going to failure. I know if I'm going to fail a rep or not. But I'll try to take it down a notch.
wtf are you even asking like i cannot understand
something about your lifting tempo or what?
How can I get past the sticking point in bench press? I've hit a plateau with bench press and nothing else, squats and dead lift are advancing just fine, my squats jumped from 275 to 290 pounds, and my dead lift max jumped from 365 to 370 pounds, but my bench press max has been at 175 pounds since April. My problem with bench press is that I get stuck at a certain point, that if someone helps me past it, I can complete the rest of the lift.
How can I fix this?
