According to the guide Im reading (http://www.gamebanana.com/tuts/10204), after recompiling the modified archives, the blue weapon should appear on purple and black boxes, yet it doesnt.
I already recompile the models and put them on the weapons folder, but the buffpack still looks the same.

I immediately thought it ~might~ be an interesting idea for a Pyro shotgun. I figure it would work like a shotgun version of the flare gun, but with a weakness to balance it out. This isn't really creative and honestly the only merit it has is that it's a real-life weapon. Feel free to throw boxes, I might even be late, I just wanted to share this.
I already posted about that in the advance weaponizer thread, seems like an awesome idea for a new pyro weapon.

It does indeed. Quite terribly actually. I'm too lazy to upload a screenshot though. I'll try to see how much I can fix it without changing the model too much or making it look like it's sitting awkwardly on his head.
Pretty much. That's why when I got one when it was first released, I immediately traded it away.
It has an AO bake. It's effects on most of the hat are quite subtle though, so I'll see if I can accentuate it a little when I add the brush strokes to the texture.

I might be wrong but I think I've seen this when the plugin that let you use any hat worked. It was in the custom hats of a certain server, as well as Snake's hair and Sonic's head.

Super offtopic post, but: I find it ironic how people complain about more and more hats getting added to the game, but yet there are more hats being made by the community than weapons. The stuff getting released here is quality stuff which I'm okay with seeing being added, but still.

HLMV and in-game shots. Not really fond of how the scalp looks in game. The head and hair must have drastically different vmt stats. Or if all else becomes annoying i'll just remove the scalp layer altogether. Suggestions?
Looks little odd, like an obvious wig. Maybe try to make edges blurry, especially the sideburns area?

It already blends with the skin. The hair has its own shadow rendering that is different from the skin or the medic. It's either i should match the two together or that i just bury the scalp part like the big country.
