    Actually, I think that's pretty much it.
    Disabled reflections, setup icon dimensions, panel height, lots of customization settings. It's far from default.

    It's still not heavy tweaking. Changing a few variables in the settings menu doesn't mean that you're "tweaking" the program.

    I was getting tired of dabbling with Ubuntu evey now and then. It was definitely more user-friendly, but I wasn't learning a thing. I decided to install Arch on a VM and try to get gnome running on it.

    Such a shame it doesn't work properly in VirtualBox. I really wish they'd improve support for that, but I suppose it would be "bloat" to many.

    Isn't that an issue with Gnome 3 and hardware acceleration in virtualbox and not arch?

    Yep, and it's already been fixed. Same with Unity 3D.

    urxvt is a pretty good terminal emulator. It's simple, lightweight, and just overall just great!
