I started watching this yesterday.

All I can keep thinking about is... wouldn't there be more people from Fry's time if freezing was like... available back then? Especially since 1000 years seems to be the default on the damn machine.

Seems like a big plot hole, but oh well, amazing show otherwise.

There was one episode where they defrosted a bunch of other people from his time, although they didn't take a major part of the story (except for one of them).

I'd imagine that there wasn't that many tubes available, and fry just got lucky, i guess.

Fry doesn't get lucky, Nibbler is the one who goes back in time to put him in the tube.

The freezing place doesn't have a ton of tubes, and in multiple episodes they show different people from his time. They only ever show the one tube room, so I assume that's all they have. And if you're freezing a couple people for 1000 years there's not going to be enough room for a lot of people. So no, it isn't a plot hole Kendra.

This is unrelated- I hate that site. Not because of my morals or anything, it's just that when you use it you have two options: let the video load all day and use the super laggy video service, or only watch 2 episodes per day with the 60 minutes the decent video players give you.

I haven't had any problems with that, the videoweed mirror loads hella fast.
