Meatballs! It's one of the few foods I can make "decently"...

the trick is half pork and half beef with breadcrumbs and seasonings and to not compress them too hard when rolling them.
My flatmate made some chicken flavored Ramen with broccoli and I put that into some omelettes. It was the first omelette I made and it came out pretty damn good.
Chorizo sausage (spicy sausage) warmed in the oven and then put in a tortilla bread with roasted onions and ketchup
Easy to make, and very tasty. I'd post pictures of it, but I already ate it.
Your sauce looks like it stayed quite watery -not the best with meatballs, as I'm sure you know- chuck in some blended tomatoes or let it cook down for a while longer next time and then you'll get that pasta all covered up
get a load of this

it looks messy and the bacon fat is not crispy.
Eating this right now :3
Just put the sausage on top of some aluminum foil in the oven at 200 degrees for a short while.
I'm not a big fan of very crispy bacon. takes the taste out of it and makes it dry.
i find smoked bacon is better crispy, but unsmoked is better moist
+1
I had this last night for dinner

you just linked a youtube video with img tags
ah okay I usually like it crispy (childhood trauma when I saw a piece of fat curl on its own and I thought the bacon fat was alive).
Today I had chicken marinated in basil and garlic which was fried in the pan with some salt and pepper, served with some mushrooms cooked in garlic, butter, thyme, rosemary and a pinch of paprika and chili flakes. Side of spinach too. It only took 15 minuets to cook and its all done with a pan with a pot for steaming the spinach, really simple to make.
Five pieces of fried bologna cut into twelfths or something, with some type of mexican chicken seasoning.
Still waiting for the food stamps to come in.
Bacon sandwich.
MMmm.
Thai green chicken curry with 2011 petaluma riesling. Wine's still a bit young but it's a very tasty pairing.
:D
Meatballs with fries? What? Macaroni is the way to go. Cheers for drinking Kopparberg, though.
The last thing I ate was sausage stroganoff(?) with homemade mashed potatoes. I'm not sure if stroganoff is the proper way to say it in English.
Anyway, I love it.
chops!
my friend is the one who took the picture, and who had the kopparberg. i would have joined her, but then only had Cranberry & Cinnamon flavour
and yep, in the Ikeas here they serve the meatballs with chips or mashed potato. and yep, stroganoff is the right word :D
Mashed potatoes? Never figured they'd be a good match.
I do miss eating stroganoff though, so now I have a good idea for a meal I'd like to try again.
Although with rice... I can't imagine eating it with mashed potatoes :S
I like stroganoff with egg noodles better
The last thing I had was brown rice with frozen broccoli with an egg scrambled into it, it was okay.
Applesauce, from Cracker Barrel.
It went quickly, but sure as hell provided a great taste.
pan fried salmon fillet on a bed of salsa that i made earlier, served with new potatoes glazed in a herb butter with some asparagus tips.

Holy shit that looks good... now I'm really hungry![]()
practicing for tomorrow, made some half size crepes with a lemon/orange/cognac syrup
my flat now smells of flamed brandy. it's nice.
It's annoying to get them out of the can, but they tasted pretty good.
what are you practicing for mike i thought you worked at a winery
Edited:
canned food makes me sad
i've still got some batter left genuinely tempted to make late night crepes
First time making bacon, I'm quite pleased with the results :3

Ketchup with pasta?
yes i believe that's quite common
Cooked rice for the first time, came out alright:
That was a delicious dinner.
Made Cayenne noodles. It was awesome! Sadly I have no pictures since I ate it up so fast.
