It's just that my panther's AP was shredding IS2 and t34 like a bullet through plastic (strange analogy, yes) and it takes around 8-9 HE to kill one. Good thing AI doesn't know when they've got a chance to kill me.

My current build is somewhere like 600 dollars, and it's amazing. Despite a few pitfalls.
I can pull up some specs on Newegg if you want and talk to you about it on Steam.

I shot a woman in the head with a pistol, dragged her out of the car, and finished her off with a shotgun, leaving a massive splatter of blood on her/my car, in plain view of a cop. He did nothing.

Moments later, I accidentally started speeding and several cop cars sped out of nowhere and three armed cops jumped out and fined me at gunpoint for speeding. Amazing.
