I've been using this for red chins, which it does VERY well, and it seems like it'd be good at low levels too.

I did my low level hunting before I botted though, it really doesn't take too long to do them legit.

I used this script to get 11-72 hunter. Works well, and it comes with a shitload of useful features

Green dragons are a good start.
Once you've got a good amount of cash, and have some good combat skills, you can try moving onto Barrows or Slayer.
However, if you prefer ranged combat, you can try out killing Steel Dragons and Iron dragons, hard to kill, but they're worth it.
