Okay, im getting my car soon from my parents, and it will be a 2003 grand cherokee. I plan on getting 2 15's, in a ported box, and setting it up in the back.
There are 2 speakers on the dash, 1 on each door panel.
Price isnt a big issue, as im coming into money semi easily, so can anyone reccomend the specifics, of what amp, subs, and what i should do with the door speakers?? I was thinking of putting tweeters on the dash, but im confused past there concerning the doors.

I definitely didnt mean to come off as as mug cock, but i meant that within a reasonable price, i can go higher quality with the price. Dropping 11k on subs isn't really smart..

What are you trying to achieve? Loud? Clear? Do you like it bassier? Shrill high? Smooth highs?Are you using the factory headunit? Planning on replacing it?

explanation: These are two massive amps that will properly power the subs that are coming up.. not matched perfectly, because there's so many options, they're a couple ballpark estimates.. basically figured on about $500 for a good amp that does about 2-2.5k watts rms.

explanation: Here's 3 great sub choices. The Sundown and the FI BTL are both serious business subs. They take 2k rms or more all day. These will, seriously, blow you away. In the right box you'll be the loudest in your town. The pair of W7s is a safe retreat if you like hiding behind brand names. As far as "well known" sub companies go, JL's W7 are among the loudest.. and sound the best, too.
Headunit:
you choose.... something you like in your budget with 3 pairs of RCA outputs will suffice. I like the Kenwood Bt945 from last year or Kenwood BT948 from this year. Shop around.

Explanation: These two pairs here are beasts. Over 100 watts rms power handling is going to make a loud loud speaker. They're component sets, which always have a better sound than coaxials... Either of these would be a good choice if you want the music up front loud

explanation: If you want the music loud you'll need enough power to push those beefy speakers.. These are two good choices. The alphasonik is a massive 4 channel amp that will have lots of headroom even pushing the Type R speakers. It's a little overkill, but a quality piece. Plus then you have 2 channels to amp the rear speakers if you so chose.
The kicker would be a good amp to amp just the front.. and keep costs down. It'll make those fronts scream at you, then just use the headunit to power the rears, which don't matter anyways.
Sign up on caraudio.com and get to surfing the classifieds. There's TONS of deals to be had to put together a really, really, nice system for 1.5k. Everything I have here adds up to roughly 1.5k for you... pick and choose. You can't go wrong for subs with Digital Designs, Incriminator Audio, Fi, Sundown, or even the custom build ones that are beasts.
Amps for the sub look out for Sundown, American Amps.. I forget others.
For about 1k you'll get a great pair and be pushing 2 - 2.5k watts rms like I said. It will blow you away.
Then you'll have 500 to play with for a headunit, front speakers, and amp for those front speakers, etc.
If you open it up to 2k you'll be even more set because you'll have a few more options.. can get a top of the line headunit, not have to skimp on a speaker amp, etc.
Let me know what looks good, any questions, etc. It's hard to say "here buy this" since everything good is used and constantly being put for sale and bought up.. so you need to catch the deals when they happen. I got my 1.4k rms amp for $200, and a pair of Kicker L7's for $110..... which is loud... but those subs and stuff I posted are in a whole different league.

I was hoping to find a place i could just throw 25$ and have them set it up, im not sure on the price of it to get doen, or difficulty in setting up a whole new system

You certainly won't find a "place" to do it for that price. You'd be looking for a friend or some sort of hookup for a price like that.
It's not difficult, just takes time to run the wires properly. The most important thing is just clean wiring... running your power wire through the firewall properly, and routing it under one side of the side trimmings of the cab.. then the RCAs down the other side of the cab under the trimmings. Finding a strong ground spot for the amps is just a matter of finding a piece of metal that's part of the body you can scrape down and weld a stud to or put some screws into.
Putting in the headunit.. simple, just a matter of popping off the surround around the radio and wiring the radio's new harness to a harness meant for the jeep. Plugs right in, and fits right in with the proper dash kit, too.
Getting signal from your 2 or 4 channel amp to the speakers is pretty simply, just run speaker wire from the amp up to the radio along your RCAs... the cut the wires from the new radio to the harness you wired in, cap off the radio's speaker wires, and connect the wires from the amp to the harness's wires that go to the vehicle.
Just lots of time running wires and making connections pretty much. Post lots of pics and I/everyone else can tell you what's good, what's bad, what to do next, etc.
Tuning it can be fun, then... it may almost be worth it to take it in to a stereo shop/ or Best Buy and give them that $25 to walk you through the settings on the amps, so it all sounds good/ is balanced right.... if you do the install yourself, don't take it in until you let us look it over though. You don't want to take in a cobble job system that they only laugh at try to tell you that you need to let them resintall everything.

Well im saving my money, so im hoping to just splurge one day, and buy all the components i need from the site you listed up there.
Do the items usually have a warranty, or some type of insurance, so if they broke or i got in a wreck, iwouldnt be fucked?

Nope, everything on caraudio.com is 2nd hand used.. like craigslist but it isn't full of shady pricks.
The ones from cruthfield do have a warranty however. If you'd like everything to have a warranty we're going to have to rework the list with slightly less cool things. :P

That site has a feedback section, a lot of fellows who are selling stuff sell a lot of stuff and have user reviews, check those out before you buy if you wish. So far I'm like 3/3 or 4/4 (can't remember) on buying stuff from there and getting a good deal.

Indeed, slap in a set of coax's for great justice. This year's Type S's are really nice, can't go wrong with them!
No need to amp them, unless you want to really crank it up.
As for knowing what amp to get for the subs.. figure out your ohm load, then that will help you pick the amp, based on RMS watts and ohm load. If ya need help post up your subs.

Yes, Type Rs are a solid sub. You'd want an amp that does 1200rms @ 2 ohms x1, or 600 rms @ 4ohms x 2 to power them!

If you have an Audio Express in your area, they'll install all of your stereo system for a dollar if you buy over a hundred dollars worth of system, which I'm guessing you will be FAR north of.
