You think that was part of why everything jumped ship? Were the IRS going to do anything?
No. Paying off the company's debts is apparently the issue.

    The IRS was never involved.

    Edited:

    $93,000

I don't really no much about the history of the company accept that JWJ was kicked out but who ever was the owner, JWJ should take him to court unless there was some other circumstances I am not aware of.
The company was never signed over. We have doubts about the legality of the transfer of everything. Everything at the business was always done so unprofessionally, regardless of the staff being able to take care of things in ridiculous professionalism all while still treating folks like bros.

Thanks for your statement, I can no longer pay for college.

    Edited:

By "reclaimed" what do you mean? Repo'd, sold, confiscated, ect?
Confiscated is pretty accurate I suppose, our servers are physically owned by Softlayer and Hetzner, if we cannot pay them off, they're "reclaimed", formatted, and reevaluated for others to use.

Eh, shouldn't you ex-Brohoster guys be calling your lawyers right about now if Matt took the money that was supposed to be payed to you guys?

And if Brohoster, or Club Uptime (Typical sounding faceless corporation name, eh?) were in debt, then I bet some corporate whore somewhere is blowing his top.

Cool, and I never got the EPP code to my domain.

So now I'll be talking to ICANN.
Don't pin that on Brohoster, web services haven't been around since Jake was. Everything that was web service related or VPS based fell under Club Uptime's jurisdiction, not ours. None of the staff knew a thing about that. Our TeamSpeak stuff had also went neglected, as Jake was kicked out and we never knew how to maintain them because he did that all himself. I never touched that stuff. No one was trained.

Lawyers? Do you mean to say any of us have any money right now? It's not like legal action is anything we're all worried about anything, no one in the business or even the parent company is in any position to sue.

Anyone who owns a server should always back up things locally, no matter who you're with, but you should be able to impart some confidence that your host company won't leave within 5 minutes at any given time.

Brohoster has always been unorganized, since day 0 to now. Communication has always been poor, and its staff members have never been properly utilized. That's for another discussion. I may or may not bring that up later.

Yeah, sure does, man. I'm not mad at anyone though, I always considered Brohoster entirely unstable, so I never looked at it as a reliable source of income. I think I did make my parents proud that I was able to pay off college entirely for two seasons, though, at least.

Tell Jake to do shit right this time around. He never fully utilized his staff because everything was headfigure oriented. He can read this from me here, but I'll never say it to his face because he was always so good to me.

I'd never say shit about him, but at one point in time the entire staff was pissed off at him because he wasn't organized and shit, and communicating with the staff efficiently. This is a big part of why he got fired, and no one talks about it. The most you'll hear about it was because of him smokin' weed err' day.

Reminds me of how we used to work in the past. That shit was golden. I'm cool with working under similar conditions compared to BH's early days. You think we can have a LethalDrive Steam staff chat thing again? No one liked jabber at all. The current immediate old staff has been talking in Steam the last few days, kinda like how we used to operate.
