That is AIX Weather and the clock is Advanced Clock Widget the other widget is Widgetsoid. The buttons are MetroStation editted to 65% opacity.

The reason i have furrys an my desktop background is because it an intrest, and i see that i can do better with one of my interests that with something that isnt

I don't really get what you're saying. You want to change the folder icon to the theme's icon? I just tried it on my phone and it works just like any other shortcut/icon.

With Desktop Visualizer. Lets you have icons of practically every size. Those are 4x1 and 2x1, I just checked the exact width and height of the icons and made them myself on Photoshop.
