It is a serious issue and I never will condone rape under any circumstance but going out in public and having a "Slutwalk" with all these signs saying "Oh, I'm not a whore if I have my ass hanging out for everyone within a 10 meter radius to see" and "I got drunk and I got raped, I acted stupidly but I'm going to blame society for making everyone believe that I deserved what happened to me."

but you do forfeit some of your personal safety when you get intoxicated. That's a simple fact of intoxication. You become an easier target. Which is why women shouldn't walk home alone while intoxicated, especially through bad neighborhoods. It increases your risk of being robbed or raped. It's similar to if a man is intoxicated he shouldn't be walking around town alone either because it is incredibly risky.

That doesn't put blame on the victim, that raises awareness about how to avoid potentially dangerous situations.

it doesn't fucking matter. It's not the woman's fault. Even if she was doing everything you've listed, dressing provocatively and getting drunk and flirty, she is still completely blameless for her own rape. It is still 100 percent the rapists fault
