So, I was driving around the other day and a truck rolled up next to me. It just happen to be a big 18 wheeler with a flat bet... and guess what was on it? A tied down tonka dump truck.

You serious? Sometimes I think this stuff could be real, on the news the other day they talked abut some unexplained phenomenon that matched an uncontained instance of SCP-782 and stranger still, now I can't find a trace of that news article.

Yesterday, I read the SCP about those monsters that deprive you of sleep, then violently butcher you. I was not feeling sleep, and it was 2 am so I am just lying there in my bed thinking "oh god what if it's happening to me". Damn well thought out SCP, because thinking about it will cause you to not be able to fall asleep, which makes you connect that to the monsters affecting you, repeating the cycle and driving you up the wall scared.

Usually they only butcher people out of desperation, normally they just wait 'till lack of sleep kills them before feeding on the corpse.

Completely serious. It was on the 10 freeway in southern California and, needless to say, I was literally laughing out loud.

Does anyone have the link to the article about the toy truck that weighs the same as a normal truck? I can't find it.

Apparently they removed the requirements of having to fill out questions and an application for the site registration.

Explains the recent influx of like 15 articles in a single day, with many of them being lackluster.

Why? That's somewhat odd, the test logs make your eyes bulge for a second, but I wouldn't say it's one of the more creepy SCPs.

    Hi,

I had to create an account because it seems I don't have permission to post in the discussion thread of SCP-1517.

I've been a lurker/reader here for over a year. SCP-1517 is a screenshot of a youtube user named Edarem.

He passed away 3 weeks ago.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dzz9phptQPw

I do not believe it is right to create a SCP about a very popular YouTube character/channel who died recently. Would you please make the right people aware of the fact that the screenshot is of someone who died recently? I've never been quite 'foaming at the mouth' but.. this is close.
I thanked him and told him to message Bright, Gears, or some Senior Staff in the future. Imaginary double downvote for poor taste.

So not only did someone make an SCP based on a real life pedophile, but they made one based on a guy who recently died in prison due to poor health conditions?
