Ok so no bullshiting. I'm overweight. 237 @ 5-9. Ive been going to the gym 5 days a week for about 3 weeks now and im doing good. Now my buddy who is sort of like my trainer that I work out with takes whey protein and says I should. However I have herd from others it would make me gain even more weight. My friend says that after a workout your body needs protein and its good for me. Our workout goes like this
Monday: Biceps, Tries, back
Tuesday: More biceps, legs, core
Wensday - Thursday: little bit of arms and legs but mostly cardio
Friday: Hybrid day.
Should I be taking it or will it do more harm then good.
