If Qi ever gets to the T series, one of episodes MUST be introduced like this (after the usual string of Hello, Hello's)

Never heard of Tim Vine before, he was hilarious.
Meh, he's not very good at being topical. He just hears a word he recognises and makes an unrelated joke about it.

I guess it gets warn out, as the later the show went the less I liked the breaking of the flow of the show for a silly pun that doesn't get a lot of reaction from the crowd or the panel.

BUT, at the start of the episode I loved how he got everyone's attention to make a joke that made the audience and Stephen laugh real hard, really caught me off guard what with the breaking of the flow of questions, jokes, answers, story-time (that's also when I made the comment, as soon as it was less than 10 minutes before the end of the episode and he draws all of the attention to make a less-than-killer joke that made everyone not able to tell their own jokes, stories, etc I knew shouldn't have posted that)...

Man, just started watching Jonathan Creek, it's actually really good (If a bit 90's at times).
And it stars both Colin Baker and Peter Davison, and they both do a wonderful job.

    Series A, episode 1: Adam.
It's not the pilot though, it's just the first episode, the pilot had a completely different set.

    Here's the pilot

I've been watching episode after episode of QI recently and I've honestly forgot how amazing it is - it's up there with HIGNFY in my favourite panel shows now. I also think it's really great how so many people who aren't british in this thread are watching and loving it.

Anyway, you might appreciate this episode of Never Mind the Buzzcocks, the BBC's flagship music based quiz, where stephen fry is guest captain of one of the teams opposite phill jupitus (who's been on the show since 1996). There's a shitload of QI references and an adorale amount of hero-worship for stephen fry.
Also simon amstell is a legend

Talking about Never Mind the Buzzcocks, the episode starring Richard Ayoade as guest host is a must watch.
