The tentacle comes in for another attack. The large soldier is hurt, and the robot has been damaged.
As it turned out a tentacle created a new 'creature' in a dead body. That allows you to create another system of tentacles.

the commado's armour emmits a pulse, purging the tenticle from his body, the medical drone, as the commando absorbed much of the tenticles force, proceded to stop the commado's bleeding. the commando presses foward through the tunnel, vaporising the tenticle as he does. he then colapes the tunnel and places a beacon, the warp drive begins to charge, something big is coming through!
the cryo troopeer fires upon the stick figure and the gas, the stick figure is turned to ice and the gas turns to a liquid, seperating into water and whatever else it's made up of

But non of the cave collapsed? Plus how does someone just collapse a cave out of no where?

he colapsed the mouth of the tunnel so its now being blocked by debree, you can still get to him, just not immediately

With more troops ready for deployment, the troops execute Operation Crimson Eagle.
First, Eagle-6 comes in to provide air-support. It blows up the FP military base to provide a landing site.
Eagle-7 then lands in Fireteam Bravo.
Eagle-7 leaves and Fireteam Bravo fans out. Eagle-6 stays back and gives support. It shoots at the Ghast.
Meanwhile, the field around the soldier at the base protects him. He is severely wounded, but he keeps on shooting, damaging the tentacle.

the cryo trooper finishes off the acid above ground, and begins to funel his cooling agent down the hole into the warren, freezing anything in its path, unless stoped it will eventually reach watever is below it and kill it
the beacon de-materialises and a building takes its place, it contains automated laser defense turrets and a battle suit. it will take a few more turns for the battle suit to be fully operational, however when it is it will put its mining laser to good use
another medical drone teliports down from the ship, and proceeds to heal the soldier, who has just finished destroying the tenticle

The blob finally begins to move. Attacking continues, and the blob regurgitates dirt into the Gas Tube to stop the freezing.
(I would like to ask, please don't use the brush tool anymore. It's pretty hard to remove it underground.)

An unkown squad appears in a small cave

The blob kills the larger soldier, and heavily injures the smaller one on top of the tank. It also pierces through the Medical Drone, destroying it.
Some unsupported land collapses blocking the tube.

Yeah, none of that just happened.
Your helicopter and bunker is too big, the self destruct is an overpowered weapon, and the meteor thing just happened out of no where....
It would be okay if you skipped the last too posts, and just made the bunker a bit smaller with the helicopter. Hmm I should have said something about that blue one earlier.
