So like do what i did? so do Tie him up with your handy rope (I knew it was a good idea to get some rope) And search him. Then question him asking "Who are you, are you alone, who do you work for and where is the light switch so I can see you better"

cautiously walk up to him and face him,we should talk to him and see what's going on. Keep your gun out of course,just don't go too far otherwise this guy is likely going to have a heart attack judging by his composure.

I agree to question him,and if he doesn't comply then hit him with your gun just hard enough to get the point across,if he gets hostile choke him to death with your rope rather than shooting him and drawing attention to yourself, after either questioning or killing him steal his night vision goggles.

I would do all of the above, but tell him to take his NVG off before to and slide them over. This way you can pick them up and see what or who he is before you start asking questions.

Our suggestions aren't bad it's just that Tomtyke is busy with Madness Activation 2 amongst other things. If we paid him for this we'd have updates...but that's not going to happen so grin and bear this dry spell.

Madness Accelerant;Ok I suppose it is as good as Project Nexus,I'll give you that one.
Madness Regent;That game was more a quick grab than an actual prolonged game;stupid boss fight,boring weapon selection(one machine gun with no upgrades or alternates)repetitive enemies whose weapons you couldn't pick up.The only thing modestly good about it was the visual quality,in which Project Nexus and Accelerant beat it brutally in.

Madness Hydraulic;Meh.....not bad,but as fun as it may be,the turret-defense based gameplay of Hydraulic, even with the fact that you character can fight as well,just isn't as good as the team-based,bullet-hell,roaming,huge-weapon-selection, awesome gameplay of Project Nexus.
As for optimization; it was just released,of course the optimization isn't perfect,there are going to be updates to it soon.The slightly old-school type of character model they use in the game is actually better than the 3D characters they use in the other games,as it gives the characters a slightly more realistic(well,as realistic as marshmallow men can be),blast-from-the-past,more agile/relaxed feel.

Hey, don't expect to get millions or even hundreds for that matter. I'm pretty cheap and at least I offered something it's either 10 bucks or gold membership and a title on FP. It's better than getting compliments (money outranks compliments because it's the universal gift)
