anything ported directly from a game (textures, models, characters, sounds, ect) can not be uploaded to gamebanana. It isn't allowed there.

Muzzleflash is OK.If you mean the muzzleflash on world model,this is a glitch caused by thirdperson view via console.
And there are NO dead frames on shoot animations.
