So if it saves us little to no space but instead just reduces the file count in the folder how is that helpful really? I would rather use the resources to move them into that shitty mpq file by actually moving things about on my hard drive at a decent speed.

It saves in performance, the game does not have to open xx MPQs and patch each of the base-MPQs with each patch-MPQ each time it starts up.

They already shut down the PTR. They said its going to be in tech support when patching is done. Besides its a compiled 64 bit binary file. Its good enough and the LAA will work better.

The only difference from PVE to PVP servers is when leveling, and for some reason you only ever see the enemy faction in vastly overleveled zones.

I made the mistake of making my very first character on a PvP server. Bad enough to make someone quit on the spot.

Pretty much happens to everyone the first time. That's why I switched to PvE, but you still get the assholes who gank you after you defend yourself from a horde/alliance guard and get PvP flagged.
