    Like a merging thing?
Titanium backup can restore apps from a cwm backup under the menu.

I've been meaning to ask this for a while, is the Android OS/System bug present in CM7?

Because those 2 have been eating on my battery like crazy!

yeah I know, but try copying something over to the phone, it won't work

I was thrilled to see it connects, but saddened that I couldn't copy, so I used DroidExplorer

Widgetsoid or GoWidget for widgets, battery with percentage isn't possible for now I think

screw that, instead I downloaded the SD card files from a mirror

done downloading/extracting, now copying over the files, it better work. I already wasted 2gb of my wifi bandwidth on failed downloading today...
Except it isn't "your" wifi. You mentioned you are using your neighbors.

I have all my shit on my 2.3.4 backup, and ICS is really pretty and fast, but it just doesn't have some features. (market) And I'm used to 2.3.4.
    it's so simple--

I might not actually. I'm really not sure.

yeah, you can't buy apps on the market, though a simple workaround is to just buy them online, and maybe you can use some Android browser to do that

try titanium backup, it will probably work hopefully

    Edited:

backup the apps you want on 2.3.4 and then flash cm9 again, install titanium backup from the market and restore

A lot of work has gone into the UI for Ice Cream Sandwich, and Google has decided that manufacturers who want to have access to the Android Market will now have to let it shine -- the Holo theme, in its unmodified form, is now a requirement for devices that wish to use the Android Market.

though there's nothing stopping manufacturers from having their own shitty app stores which is a shame, hope the market is a strong enough deciding factor

Even if the manafacturers did stick their own app stores on their phones, couldn't you just stick a custom rom on your phone?

Nobody would buy a smartphone with only a few hundred apps out. The only other decent app stores are SlideME (which is still far behind the Android Market) and Amazon's which isn't available outside the US for some reason.

The article is wrong. Google is encouraging custom themes with ICS. All Google is enforcing is that apps can use an unmodified holo theme. android-developers.blogspot.com/2012/01/holo-everywhere.html

Fun fact: SwiftKey X tried to correct Holo theme to Holocaust theme
