Urban Minnesota. You cant see it in the photo but there is a major street that goes by on the left along with housing. To the right, A LOT (like a couple miles) of biking trails. Police officers and Bicyclists have gotten lost in there. Fun place.

Minnesota DOT and construction in general is pretty retarded.
In Apple Valley they built a really nice new transit station and it was in use for about 6mo-1yr before they decided to rip apart Cedar Ave, now they have to use the old transit station again.
Why rip apart Cedar? surely to extend the mvta light rail from bloomington? fuck no, they're just making cedar wider. WHY

16 valve is 16 valve, the only reason people make more power out of B series DOHC motors is because the block is a better design. I've seen 800hp+ out of D series with exceptional tunes and excellent setups. I've seen only ~150-200 more horsepower out of B series just because you can push them that little bit farther.
As far as toyota, DOHC is the way to go. I don't know of any good 16v SOHC they made. :(
Mitsubishi too. 4G63 hnnnngh.
As far as Nissan, I STILL want to rock an RB20E or RB20ET in something. Single overhead cam skyline engine is boss. But DOHC is the way to go there as well (SR20/RBxx)

Scoobies and Evos can be wound up to 500bhp, have seen a 700bhp Toyota MR2 for sale recently. It can be done but the amount of work involved is crazy and expensive plus reliability is straight out of the window. For NA Honda engines I've seen 290bhp out of an H22 engine with dynos to prove but, again, that was after replacing most of the stock internals and throwing a shit ton of cash at it.
If you want 500bhp on the cheap then most of the Jap 3 litre forced inductions will just about handle it on stock internals, things like Toyota Supras, Mitsi 3000GT, Nissan 300ZX etc.

2.0? These are 1.6. Bisimoto's D16Z6 (The blue car, middle) is making 724hp on race gas and he drives it in Ontario, Cali.
By far my favorite Civic ever built, and it's a wagon. :3c

7mgte with retorqued ARP STUD on the head and carefull maintenance and a conservative tune will handle easily 500whp.
1jzgte can handle 700-800whp on stock internal all day long. Same with the 2jzgte

£1800 on your Picasso? I pay that now on my Hyundai Getz on Admiral Multicar which is a lot higher than my same age friends. They pay up to £1400 max. I really recommend you try them. Its a bit of a lengthy process and requires a few steps, I'll happily show you the process like I did with my friends.

I saw a Mk1 Golf in one of my campus parking lots the other day. Thing that stuck out (besides the fact it was a Mk1 Golf) was the fact it had the Rabbit badge, an AWD badge, and a turbo badge. I'm pretty sure there where no AWD Turbo Rabbit's in the US stock, but it's pretty cool since it looked really clean. I'm trying to get a picture I took up but my phone is being retarded. I didn't take a picture of the badges because I'm an idiot and didn't think too much about it until later.
I actually have no idea about this car and it's kinda bothering me.

I lightly drive to school and work. Drive to school takes around 20-30 minutes. Drive to work takes about 7-8 minutes. Drive my mom to the airport (About 20-30 min drive) once every 2 weeks.
Should I be going through $60-$70 of gas in 6-8 days? It's an automatic 4 cylinder truck (96 S10)
Only highway driving I do is to airport.

Well I've got a friend who has this GMC Sonoma, same things if I recall, that has the 4 cyl 2200 Vortec engine, and it drinks up gas pretty badly for a 4cyl.
And am I the only one who dislike 4cyl engines?

got to the end of the speedometer (100 mph) before it clunked out and wouldnt let me accelerate
and then everything was fine and i drove home
