    Oh my.

My friend got a JLS F2000 way back in the backyardsoft days and it has always been a piece of crap. Had to redo the wiring 3 times, then finally one day the wires came undone and the mag release fell out and he lost it.

AND HE EXPECTS ME TO FIX IT AGAIN

Your field appears to be kind of like mine, but much more open and bigger. It still looks like a smaller size weapon would benefit you, and your max range looks like it can be reached accurately by even the smallest of AEGs and GBBs.
What are you considering for: AEG or GBB?, model type, and your budget.

If my gun has 14mm Counter-clockwise threads, that means that I can have any kind of suppressor/ flash hider etc that is also 14mm CCW right?

If so, and don't kill me for this guys, what do you think would look good on the end of a 74U besides the normal flash hider or Dog-penis suppressor?

"dog-penis" as you call it is the best looking one for the AKS-74u, anything else would look weird imo

I'll be taking it in to get it fixed on Friday. I seriously need to stop taking stuff apart.

If you're set on an AK, I'll let everyone else help you out, but you may want to consider something kind of SMG. G&G makes one hell of an MP5, and it can take a lipo stock, which just means the best trigger response possible and a great rate of fire. It also fires like 315fps, so you can use it at most any CQB location with no work.
Oh, it is also very important to get midcaps for whichever replica you get, rattling will ruin any kind of sneaking in CQB and you do not want to have to worry about winding.

My fields (unless otherwise stated) don't care how many hi-caps you have, so I've seen guys go on the field with 2+ bags of BBs in just STANAGs. All you hear on the way down to the play area is chkchkchkchKCHKCHKChkchk.

Heh, that's me when I use my M60- no way to fill in the box mag, which makes it hard to play aggressively since I can't sneak or ambush people around corners. I found, though, that a good way to hold spare BBs for it is a paintball pod, as once filled with 3000 BBs or so, I can wad tissues in the top to prevent rattling. But if you have a gun that only uses hi-caps, like LMGs or rarer guns like the MP44, there's no choice and it can be a little annoying.

Okay, well here's how what you need to have before you hit up a game(don't miss out on any of these):
    Replica of your choice
Quality battery(aka not the battery a gun includes)
    Smart charger
    Box of midcaps
    Appropriate eye protection
That's all, but its critical that you have all of those things before you try and go play in a skirmish, don't wait to get a battery/charger, its a mistake you'll regret heavily when the shitty included one dies in 15 minutes or your good one didn't charge properly.

Use a water bottle filled to the top with ammo, its almost silent for whatever reason, although it gets louder as you use the bb's.

I've tried that, the thing is, the paintball pod is easier since I don't need two hands to open it and can pour all at once, making it more efficient for in-game use.

Preferably with front-wiring, but I believe that's impossible after messing around with it.
