Also, after playing some SW:TOR as a healer, I can't wait for Guild Wars 2 even more.
I did a 12 person raid on some boss, and I don't think I ever actually looked at the boss. Only the health bars of the raid members.
I can't wait for not having to do that in GW2.

A fair point. Personally I like exploring on foot more than on a mount, so I'm happy, but I can see someone else preferring a mount. Still, not THAT much of a big deal is it?

i just feel like mounts are more fun and add a sense of accomplishment, plus it's fun to get a mount in a game that is hard to get or takes a lot of time because it's kind of a status symbol

I feel they should add ground mounts, but not air mounts. It pretty much makes it too easy to travel if they have flying mounts, theres no danger or anything.

In other news yeah sea mounts would be cool too, but not air mounts. Air mounts make things too easy.

there are shitloads of unique skins and weapons that serve as status symbols, they don't need to attach the Patented Sense of World Scale Shrinker™ as well.

for example:
- icy weapons that occassionally shatter (causing aoe damage) and reform
- clockwork weapons that unfold with gears and shit when you draw them
- ghostly weapons that deal life-stealing damage at night, along with some sexy-ass ghost effects

Also just a side note unrelated to above I heard there are a lot of sections of map, I know it was 10+ and each take about 15 minutes to walk across.

I've heard about those ghost items, but those ice/clock work items sound badass.

I would like to see weapons made of or similar to this material.

Anet have plans for the Mursaat and I'm pretty curious as to how we'll encounter them in GW2, but I don't think they'll have much impact on the main threat of the Elder Dragons.

I'm assuming that the White Mantle will return to try and convince the races that the Mursaat can defeat the dragons in exchange for their loyalty.
