just thought i'd drop off a poorly drawn fakemon of a possible evolution for torkoal (really uncreative , I know),
and didn't even bother trying to color it b/c god knows I can't color to save
a village of starving africans.
whaddya think about how bad it is? all feedback is welcome. oh, and I seriously need
a name for it, couldn't come up with shit.

Other than the physical/special split (which happened in 4th gen I know) I can't think of anything to different you need to worry with.

Too much detail, it'd be really hard to put it into a sprite. Not a bad design though.

Can someone explain to me why they thought it was a good idea to remove the ability to bank items in the PC?

Fricking Backpack is cluttered with stuff I wanna keep but I am not using right now.

Love how they removed one of the most useful features.

In fairness, they did add one of the most useful features, instant bag organisation when pressing Start. I never actually used the PC item storage except to get a free potion.

I dump all my evo stones and held items I don't plan to ever use in there.

In fact most of the time in gen3/4 my inventory is:

Revive x 100
Hyper Potion x 100
Ultra Balls x 100+
Dusk Balls x 100+
Master Ball
Full Heal x 100
Escape Rope x 100

TMs
Key Items
etc.
