Well I'm sure as hell pissed.. I spent so much time and energy filling out the application form for EVE University. Just so it won't save on their servers! I hit "Save" get a huge ERROR; relog nothing is saved :c

Ya, I'm not gonna bother with EVE University.. Asking me to write detailed paragraphs about their rules/SOP? Like I manged to get half way through their rules and I got tiered of writing.. Are all corporations this picky/uptight?

Anyways, I'm just going to be vocal in local maybe some corp will pick me up :D lol

Training for a drake and I checked my certificates.

Jesus Christ I have neglected so many coherent advancements. Time to get some shield taking certificates and missile launcher certs, then while I rat and do missions for some dough I'll train up to actually become viable with my Minnie ships, or get into a battleship and get into dreddit.

New mouse with lots of butans nearly got me killed. Turns out having a lock shortcut and fire shortcut next to eachother makes it really easy to lock up and shoot random gates.

I filled everything out, but got so tired of waiting in queue that I ended up joining some small mining corp as a combat escort. At least I'll be at the top of the queue if I ever want to go back to E-UNI for some reason.

Nope. You just have to find a small one run by a bunch of friends. All I had to do to get into mine was not piss anyone off in the in-corp chat for a few days, then apply. Bam. Done and done.

I'm using them as a handy dandy guide to get T2 medium autocannons at the moment. They also help make sense of the horribly confusing shield tanking skills, which are something I need if I'm going to keep my Maelstrom in one piece.

A corpmate and I are interested in trying out Incursions in our Tengus.

Does anybody have any recommendations on how to fit one out?

    Edited:

We've never ran Incursions before so neither of us know what kind of ships are preferred.
Most good shield fleets are made up of pirate BS/logi. I don't know how much tengus are used, they're better than a drake or something, but still don't have great DPS output.

This site is quite helpful: http://incursionguide.wordpress.com/...cursion-guide/

That is a very wide monitor, unless I somehow haven't figured out how to fit my eve on both my monitors instead of one client per.

EVE's had multiple monitor support for a while now.

    Edited:

Set to Fixed window and the resolution should pop up.

I use an old program called Eve Mover.

Excellent since it allows you to run in a windowless border, and automatically center it onto which every screen you want.

Plus support for multiple accounts if you're into that sort of thing.

I'm sure, but i cant stand my ship UI split in half
You can drag it around you know, I have the ship centered on the left screen, and pretty much ALL of the UI/ information on the right.

I didn't mind it. Different than all the other EVE trailers, though, and it's kind of gay that we don't get to experience walking around anything other than a tiny living room leading to a hanger bay, but they still do it in trailers.

    Edited:

I wish Captain's Quarters had windows facing out of the station. It'd be cool to dock in, say, Jita somewhere and watch the flow of ships go back and forth.

I take it that you can run CQs?

I know that I can't and most of my friends can't, at least not in any decent way.
The only problem CCP have right now is that most household computers can't handle one character moving around in station, let alone 20, as you'd get in even the smaller empire systems.

It doesn't take much computer to run the CQ, actually. Mine's an absolutely prehistoric relic still running Socket 939 processors and DDR1 ram, and I have no trouble at all with the CQ. Smooth as butter. Smoother, in fact, than some parts of space!
