When I was doing more solo pvp I swear to god I used to be able to tell whether or not someone was badfit or shit at pvp from their avatar in local. Little things like gallente/gallente characters that look businessy, or the framing of the actual character being slightly off-- not bad enough to be on purpose but just unaesthetic enough to give the feeling of ineptitude/retardation from the get-go in the character creator. Also, really smug avatars with blingy aurum stuff.

I think that's a mock-up of what it'll look like with the turrets, in this case the new torp launchers.

I actually don't want them to add a ton more of those corner icons. They should be used to say "This is different than the base level"

Adding too many actually makes it harder to distinguish T1 crap from T2/Faction imo.

Edit: The right-corner icons might work around that annoyance. I really don't think it's necessary though :P

I was thinking if it is implemented, it could be a gray triangle, with a regular 1-4 instead of roman numerals, so no one gets confused. Y/N?

With the size of the icons, that's somewhat problematic. The distinguishable difference is mostly color-based from what I can see. I play on a large monitor with high resolution, so I can't really see the numerals very clearly.
