Today I learned that Eve Central isn't blocked in my works internet. Not too bad, I've won a Hulk on Somer Blink so I'm gonna wait for more Hulks to get smashed and then I'm gonna sell mine. Might look into buying stuff to make Hulks since folk are gonna need to replace the hulks.

That's another thing too, really really need to get into playing the market so i can make some ISK effectively, tired of being mega poor despite being like 6 or 7 months old.
You do realize that many of the people who participate in Hulkageddon, their benefactors, and just regular market PvP guys all stock up on Hulks specifically for this event right? This event barely budges the profit margin on Hulks because people are so prepared for it.
You can pull in much more ore per cycle with a mining barge and strip miners, with 1 strip miner 1 you can pull in 1k m3 of ore per cycle (approx 10k veldspar ore), so with 3 you can pull 3k in, with Modulated strip miner 2s you can get slightly more (3500m3 of ore per cycle) as long as they're loaded with the right crystals.

(Miner II's have 60m3 mining rate per cycle, Strip Miner I's have 540, Modulated Strip Miner II's have 720 rate loaded with the right crystals)
Your math is slightly misleading, as you would be able to squeeze 3 miner II cycles into the span of 1 Strip Miner cycle... but it doesn't make much of a difference... My corpmates can do 1400m3 (or more) with Mod Strip Miner II's. This is also with a reduced cycle time due to the Orca (bringing the 3 minute cycle down to 2.25 minutes) meaning a MUCH higher output than most people understand.

I dunno how they really work or if they differ per pirate but the Forsaken Hub anomalies are the best for soloing and not salvaging.
No EWAR, only battleships/BCs/cruisers, 4 or 5 waves (honestly can't remember), they're badass. Try either a quick hamgu and sit in the middle of the spawns then adjust range as necessary, that's always fun.

So i'm docked in Cat at war with this Elijah guy due to a contract made out by someone on the corp i'm in which has only 20 people in it and hes just camping our corp base at a station

He is also requesting 100m to go away which won't happen.
so it's essentially a 20 v 1 fight if you all man up, so go and slap him around.

Yeah, fire out a frigate or two, orbit him at 0, get him scrammed.

Then bring out some huge-DPS motherfuckers and annihilate him.

If you're using a Tengu you pretty much have to load Scourge missiles because it receives a damage bonus for Kinetic. The only reason you should switch to a different damage type is if you're fighting something like rogue drones or Sansha/Blood Raiders (in those cases you'd want to load Mjolnir.)

Fuck that man, even if it's a battleship 20 frigates will shit down it's neck with relative ease, plus there's also the fact that him getting popped by a frigate cloud is a massive degrade.

Just every time he shows up in system go balls to the wall tackle him down and then blow him to pieces, and every time you do it, offer to ransom his ship for 100 million.

Feel like giving this another go. I played for about 6 months and couldn't get into it Tried again on a 14 day trail, had no idea what I was doing. Any advice? This is probably the only MMO I show a slight interest in, and the cheaper UK pricing is tempting.

Was running missions earlier with my FW corp buddies, me speed tanking while they pump out damage and get the objective done when all of a sudden a fucking Tristan jumps on us, gets me to half armor in my slicer and it pops, had some nice loot, such as T2 drones and a Coreli C-type explosive hardener

Although I usually get bored after the first or second anom so I quit ratting anyway.

So here's a fun story, I was inside this batshit insane ultra nationalistic Roman corp, but it had the promise of a Free destroyer and cash. So after a few days, the leader starts being a dick, and I mean a real dick. Trying to suggest anything would lead to the response of "Nationalism". He was also teaching us one of the greatest (read that with sarcasm) tactics of all. To never retreat, AKA even if it's 1:8, warp right on in and get killed. After I realized the corp was basically fucked already, I decided to start jumping away and leave. As I get 4 jumps away, I see someone in the corp messaged me, saying "fuck the fleet is after you, we're one jump away, run!" and I instantly dock in the nearest station. Then I haul ass to a safe area an hour later.

All in all, don't leave insane corps, they'll hunt you down, and your only way to survive is to have an inside man helping you out.

Only idiots use faction fit for anoms, only possible increase is faction BCU and thats not much for the price ratio. Plexes I can agree with having a pimped t3.

Just neat stuff. I picked up an officer AB from the market that someone mis-priced for just over 200m, and it's worth 500m. (Gotan's 100mn ab) and a Protest repper that was also mis-priced.

Officer mods just to run missions doesn't make any sense to me. I don't think I'd ever put officer mods on even my most expensive ship without knowing that every time I undocked it would be used to its fullest potential. And with vigilant logi.
