Probably the most powerful car I've driven, and the only one that's even remotely sporty. (V6)
I drove it for like 5 minutes at an auto show.
And then the supervisor I was with told me to get out of the car. When we switched seats, he turned the traction control off and fucking ripped it around the track we were driving on. Drifting everywhere.

Yeah,they're fun to drive. Can't wait till my dad gets the breathalyzer removed from his titan, I am going to drive that shit everywhere. Well, as long as I don't go broke from paying for gas
It's about 90 bucks for a full tank of gas, it eats gas like a motherfucker

No, I'm not, but I've been at my current duty station longer than most of them have been in the marines that they get pared up with me to learn crap around base until they're able to go on their own. Funny how that works

Got to drive something cooler than that Porsche the other day; an 05 Chrysler Crossfire. I know that it's a poor man's roadster, but it's just so damn fun to drive. Surprised me, since the last Chrysler I drove (02 Sebring) was quite awful. I wasn't expecting much. the only complaint I have about the car is that there's only one cupholder that I could find. Who designs a car with only one cupholder? That just seems insane. I mean, there's plenty of room for another inside.

I think a car should have as many cup holders as it has seats.

This. I also saw an 03 BMW Z4 Convertible, and that car had 2 cupholders (they were hidden behind the side air vents, and they popped out and folded down. How cool is that!?).

Yeah but those type of cup holders always break. Atleast, that's the idea i have had from my brothers passat, jetta, and my friends diamante.

In the Impreza you get one driver's cup holder in the suspected place, but another one slides out of the plastic band between the middle air vents and stereo and folds down. It works perfectly, BUT if you were to accidentally close it while a can is sitting in it, it is scientifically designed to send the can rocketing into your lap and spill soda all over you.

Quite a big difference in performance of the V6 models between these years.

I don't think so, since we had our own Escort, which was a completely different car. I still have no idea why Ford had two different cars for different markets under the same branding.

Just styling and handling preferences between continents.
The EU prefer sharper handling and sharper styling (Though not by much on our Escorts).
The US prefer a more relaxed, comfortable handling with more conservative styling (boxy), not forgetting those US federal bumpers!
Though I prefer the American Escorts by far (Grass is greener no doubt).
Was the Cosworth version above sold in the US?

When and where did you get to drive a Ferarri 512TR? there are like, only thousands left, maybe less.
a '99 Audi a4 wagon. It's the coolest car I've driven by default, and all I did was back it out of the driveway.

Also I love the Jaguar but the one above seems to have some pretty interesting rims. I liked the originals better. those up there are probably better for whatever it's used for though.

My uncles friend who restores cars let me have a drive round an airfield of a jaguar c type.
Even though it was very early 1950's technology, felt tight as a drum. You should hear what a 3.4 litre twin cam straight 6 sounds like when you belt it. hngggg

My sisters boyfriend has a yellow NSX. It was fun driving it around Pittsburgh and some stupid girls even shouted "WOW I'VE NEVER SEEN A LAMBORGHINI BEFORE."

Not the coolest out there, but for me it was. Drove my friend's BMW and it's surprisingly sturdy and rugged despite it being beat-up. Handling was perfect

I'd have to say my Dad's 68 Pontiac GTO Convertible, man it's a smooth car.
Also my Ma had a 2011 Dodge Challenger for like a week (She got rear ended and her car was in the shop) which she let me drive once.
