Hey guys and this is build a Civilization v3,v2 was really good survived for along time :) but eventuly it started to fade and just disappeard,so here it is v3 to take its place enjoy :)
RULES
1.Start of small no huge starting houses
2.War is allowed but only if there is a reason for it (example some one built a house in your land then you can start a war with them)
3.No Nukes because it has allready been nuked.
4.Building something wont happen in one turn so you cant just build something out of the blue.
5.Dont use the brush tool it just make everything look horrible.
6.Save as PNG.
7.No stupid things (example Space Ships,Aliens,Meteors ect.)
8.Try to make your drawings good no offence but i dont want crap drawings it make the whole picture crap.
9.You are only allowed to controll your character you are not allowed to controll differnt peoples characters with out there say.
10.Declare.Declare is "Getting in line" to post an update on the "worl". If you see a post that says "Declare" but doesn't have an update on the universe image yet, do not post until you see the image in that post or posted later by the same user. Then Post "Declare" and everyone should wait for you to finish before posting another update
11.You are allowed to join the game at any time.
12.Always post a brief explanation of what happened in your update at the bottom or top of the image.
13.Don't make giant moves in a single turn. That is considered godmoding and if you do it your post will be ignored.
14.Feel free to create alliances .
15.Every body has a max limit of 2 characters if you create more one of your characters will be removed.
16.You can only controll your own characters if you controll any body elses the post will be ignored.
17.If, for any reason, you disagree with any of these rules, let me know your point and I'll consider changing it.
18.Follow the same style as everyone else, no characters that are way larger or smaller than the others for no reason at all.
19.Please, one declare, and one declare waiting in line at a time. Using this system will avoid confusion.
20.Once ,you declare you have 1 hour to post , if you do not post , your declare will not count.
Ok so the story is Hundreds of years past from the v2 thread and every thing was great, the planet had started to come back to life, nature was every were.And now it continues .....
A man amerges from the forest , its Justins great great grandson ,and his name is Justin also...

A group of colonists from another continent claim this land as their own. They are the harbingers of the end. Suffering, conflict and disease is sure to spread throughout the natives unless some action is taken.

Declare:
Jura takes a peek out of the tree. Looking around he sees a person. Using his telepathy he finds out the name... JUSTIN!

Justin sees the people on the horses ,and suspects they wont be a problem because there is water in between them.
Justin turns around and sees a person in the tree, he takes a step back and asks "Who are you..."
Justin waits for a reply.

Jura comes out of the tree, stepping closer to Justin.
"Hello, my fellow human! I pose no danger. I have come from the underworld. My nation has sent me to do research about you. But on my way here I have lost my stuff. The only thing left is this special blade and a red magical gem on it. Would you be so kind and help me see the way of human?"
(And by that, I meant alliance.)

"Of course my friend , I think we should start out by gathering some wood, but I saw something in the distance , there are some men on horses , they might be a problem."
And got rid of 3 of the horse men ,because if you would of read the rules, it says that you are only allowed max 2 players on the map at one time :)

"Thank you! And about the horsemen, you shouldn't worry, as I shall slay them with my weapon! I will get to cutting trees right away...Justin. And one little thing, before you ask me how do I know your name, its because I can telepathically find out whats on your mind. Only basic stuff tho, like names, and chat."
Jura tells Justin to step back a little and gets on with cutting the tree with his epic sword.

Jura cuts down some trees and stacks some in a pile , Justin takes some of the wood and finds a long rock , he crafts a stone sword with them .
Made the pod fall down a bit more :)

Jura prepares a hole to make a house. He put his sword away for a sec.
"Justin!"- shouts Jura, making sure his friend hears him."Do you mind helping me building this house for us?"

The humans ditch their masters and begin grazing. The two horses approach the body of water and propose a bridge to encourage trade and free locomotion.

Lol, 2 pods. He also made it significantly higher. I'll fix that shit, time starts now.
The pod crashes, leaving some smoke.
After the smoke clears up, the pod just stands there. It appears the opening mechanism is broken, and someone manually needs to open it.
(You just have to make a pose of your character using something to open it, and then standing back. I'll do the rest.)

Here it is!
As Jura stands back, a man wearing a specialized all-terrain suit with extra (defense measures!) exits the pod. His scanners try to scan Jura, but there are strange errors, and he is only able to find out his name. He says this to Jura:
Greetings. I am the last survivor of my people. Is there any chance you can tell me about this planet, and perhaps help me?

Jura tries to find out the strangers name but the suit seems to be blocking the telepathic waves.
"Ahoy, stranger! Art thou a god? What is your name? You come from the future? Are you a star? Thus the race doesn't matter, but the content of our character, come and join us, in our adventure!"

Justins walks over to them and hears the man ask about the planet.And because Justins Great great grandfather was one of the few that survived the Nukler war he knows alot about the planet.
Justin says "This planet had a nukler war and the planet sufferd radiation poisining, but after hundreds of years it started to thrive again, and nature started to come back ,and now we are just trying to survive.Also we would be glad to help you in any way :)"

Thank you for explaining this planet's history, Justin, and thank you Jura, for getting me out of that pod. I'm sure both of you would like to know who I am, or where I come from, so I'll tell you the short version of my empire's story...
Our original home was a place of many cultures. The main religion revolved around a mysterious artifact, called "The heavens". There were many who opposed us and wanted to take this artifact from us. Eventually, our entire solar system was destroyed, breaking "The heavens" into many pieces... The ones of us lucky enough to survive fled the enemy forces and found a new place to call home... Alot more to tell happened in this new home of ours. Too much to tell. But eventually, our entire Empire was destroyed... Or atleast, as far as I know. I have come here to safeguard the future of one of the few "Pieces of Heavens". As for me, I was just a lowly pilot assigned to escort the piece. My name is Elxan.
Elxan shows Jura and Justin the "Piece of heavens".

Elxan: I do. This armor has many defensive capabilities, the primary one being the gems on my arms, and the one on my chest. I could give you a spare gem. They're based off of the "Pieces of Heavens", even though they hold just a tiny amount of their power, they are extremely powerful.

Jura's swords seems to fly up and wonder towards the 'piece of heaven'. Jura is surprised.

Declare after cope, i'll give you it in that declare. I'll explain basically how it works tho:
Basically: It uses a green laser, that can either reach very far for a few seconds, or a more light saber like mode, where you can use it way longer but with limited range. (Also, it doesn't look like a lightsaber, more of a chainsaw blade but smooth.)

Badboyuk, i can either let the sword hit the piece of Heavens, thus creating "The heavens" Or stop it from doing so. Your choice. (The heavens will come at a price.)

Elxan stops the sword midair, and hides the piece of heaven once again.
Elxan says:

Jura has taken the sword!
"Here, Elxan. I will help you move the pod."
Jura, starts lifting up the pod. His eyes seem to glow just like the stone on his sword. He gets weird marks all over his body.

Justin moves out of the way so Jura can place the pod down.
Justin asks" Elxan what happend to your ship??"
