AFTER you buy the knife using $2 from ijji's payment system, go back, download AVA thru steam, log in, receive TF2 knife.
So if you're willing to suffer through a payment system that isn't PayPal (because Ijji's paypal is frozen), you can get it for two dollars.

Download it one time though a SLOW download mirror(1.5-2.5 hours), wait for it to install (3 hours), buy weapon (5-15 minutes), download a second time through steam (30-minutes-2 hours), wait for it to install (3 hours), receive tf2 knife.
Minimum 8 hours, maximum 11 hours. And this is assuming you have FiOS.

If what I'm thinking is correct, you can buy one rose knife, trade it away - IF YOU CAN USE GIFT WRAP ON IT, delete it in the AVA inventory, then buy it agian for another rose knife.

1)Download ava.
2) Install it.
3) IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING ELSE, START AVA. I say this because Ijji are bad coders; AVA breaks if you don't run steam AND it's launcher as admin. Close either and you're fucked.
4) Make or login to an account.
5) Join one of the servers labelled "Levels 1-5".
6) Click shop.
7) Click Melee. It's a tab at the top left.
8) Click on the knife.
9) Click on the dropdown and change it to '4 days' to reduse loss of gcoins.
10) click Buy next to the knife.
11) Quit AVA.
12) Open TF2.

That's the way the nomenclature works in tf2, for the 'The' to come first, the system would need to be rewritten
