1) what if i already have nearly enough credits on tf2wh till i can get desired item? buying metal isn't worth it because of huge (100!) difference between sell\buy prices.
2) finding trader is hell of a job, some would sell item for ridiculous prices or just higher than on tf2wh, some won't accept metal - you'll have to exchange metal to keys which is tiresome. And not always desired item is available at all. Moreover shitty trade sites. TF2TP is flooded with shit IIRC, i quit trading a while ago there, TF2 Outpost has gone to hell since they added auto-bumps for donators or even before.
3) waiting and timezones. I live in Russia, so when it's 17:00 here it's 5:00 PST, so having to sit all night to catch up with trader just to hear "sry dude arledy sold it", yeah.
4) i'd rather trade with machine than with some retarded trader
