Why do we still use PNG's for the promos? there's no transparency, that's bad optimizing, using JPG's would save loading time.
And why is the promo PNG still full of placeholder stuff? how should someone be able to use that?

I think this is finished (well, I need to set smoothing groups better), and I need someone for making its UV and someone for giving it a texture

Working on a DBZ scouter misc for the demo man and need some feedback. Its still a work in progress
the model is not quite done yet, still have to add some more polys and fix the smoothing issues with the eyepiece.

Exactly, that's why this will hopefully be made the default promo by the next emporium and onward.
Theming the mod promos is too much unnecessary work for each emporium
and it does nothing but cause trouble for the modders, having to keep up with the change in promos.
I think the themes should stick to the Big Emporium promos.
I'd suggest going back to the old promos, but those are too small and messy imo.
Focus should be on the mod in the promo not the promo itself.
