Ended up redoing the stitching completely following Neo's suggestion in the last emporium. Took absolutely ages but feel like it's a big improvement, so cheers for the great critique mate.

Gettin close to wrapping this guy up i think.

At least I didn't decide to do a conquistador helmet like the pinned pilot cap I'm working on was originally going to be.
