I could really go for a Details & fixes update, which would fix many problems and add details!
Examples of what I would like to be detailed/fixed:
Detonator using proper projectiles
Different rockets fire different projectiles (see this)
Loch-N-Load
Fixes for phong for many weapons and wearables
Appropriate re-model for grenade launcher
Item icons more standardised (think tf2b)
Higher resolution textures (this will never happen ;_;
update many things that are still remnants from Beta (Such as spy class image and some weapons)
Update minigun shells so they aren't yellow squares (see this)
Jigglebones on jarate (maybe)
Fix pans
Maybe fix demo not holding sticky launcher with both hands
Add an option to choose between lightwarps (yeah right)
Fixes for collisions in many hats, weapons and stuff.
Fixes for taunts in HWM mode
Fixes for taunts such as the sniper hat taunt.
Revolvers that actually spin and with the hammer moving
Replay fix
Fix for invisible previews on item select
Fix for black box showing the preview after you died when selecting a class/weapon (maybe fixed already?)
Optimisation
Show crit text when you have hit numbers on
Stick with red/blue colouring better
Scottish handshake to actually break
Craft crates together (Yeah right)
Rocket jumper to be more like sticky jumper.

- Yep, although I'm not sure how easy this is to implement

- It doesn't need it, having 6 barrels is just an artistic thing, and the 4 barrel mod looked ugly.

- Maybe, although it's nice to be able to tell items apart from a distance (which you can't really do with TF2b). Fixing outdated icons would be better (like the Chargin' Targe)

- Absolutely. They're quick to make images for promos and the main menu, but they want us to believe they can't do the same for the class icons in the corner?

- Optimization. And they're only on the screen for a second, so it doesn't really bother me.

- Such minor things. Nobody will notice it if they fix it besides the couple of bizarre cases like the Wrap Assassin.

- Not really fixable without changing the Sniper's hat bone or head bone and that would mess up positioning on hats

- I don't use the BB often, but it doesn't seem buggy to me.

The 'You Are Quite Welcome' blog post is starting to read as a passive aggressive quip at our expense. I honest to god thought that we were getting a major update in mid-April, and we still have NOTHING.
I know they probably want to ease us off TF2 being habitually updated, but with the implementation of the Workshop only happening late last year, it's odd we haven't seen extensive use of it yet.
Hell, I say we should be getting at least 3 items per week.

Replay fix: As in when you record a replay a ton of them get corrupted with a NULL error, I'm lucky if 1/4 of mine work.
I didn't mean black box weapon I mean a black box showing the item preview characters shows up after item select/class picking, it is extremely annoying and fugly. I unfortunately cannot find a screenshot of it though.
First person view he only holds it with one hand. Is your FoV 70 or something ?

Um... I always thought that that's intentional.
I'll give you a rundown
-98% of replays will crash
-Particle effects lag behind
-Can't take a replay in spectate
-If you pause during something the animation will fastforward instead of actually pausing
-Spy smoke
-All spys show masks
Unless I am reading it wrong it doesn't mention taunt fixes for HWM? (Ullapool caber and some hi-5 taunts, and one sniper taunt (only when he says "chop-chop"), they all just stand there while doing the taunt.
The replay error isn't exactly a bug that's been forgotten about or ignored. It's just been so long because there was no way of reproducing it every time. Not heard since the last call for any common elements in the broken replays.
Whatever happened to compiling a new list of all bugs we possibly know about as a community?
He holds the grenade launcher with one hand in first person view and 2 in 3rd person. There are other inconsistencies too like the little clip on the side of the grenade launcher's ammo reserve being on the wrong side in first person view but all of this is done for the sale of interest and lack of clutter. If they actually "fixed" it it would become pretty boring.
Add on to that:
changes in time-scale only take effect after switching to and from a different viewpoint.
Well they're going to have to fix the replays for the next Saxxys, at any rate.

What would be brilliant is if whatever this includes had animations done by the UberEnt animator. That guy's constantly cranking out animations and he's damn good at it.

Valve doesn't use british time. They use GMT, no matter what time Britain's using.

Midnight GMT isn't a hard and fast release time- some of the time it's earlier and other times it's later. But it will happen around midnight GMT.
