If the person posting the pictures has signed up for the alpha, meaning they have signed the NDA, then no, they cannot post any picture regarding WoWP beta. Have they not signed up for the alpha, meaning they are not bound by the terms of the NDA, then yes they technically can post content with no penalty. This does not change the fact that the person who provided the pictures is still breaking the NDA.

Yes it is a bit of a underhanded maneuver, but it is a technicality none the less.

It almost sounds like once WoWP hits public beta (or whenever the NDA is revoked) that he could get unbanned since then the info is part of the public domain, if I read that right.

No ones been black listed, however i do have a few names to now watch... You still have the same opportunity to Enter Alpha as you did before, the next wave of Invites infact is very soon ;)

He likely won't get his account unlocked, however he'll be free to make a new account (if they didnt IP ban and take any other measures, that i dont know yet). Once the game hits Open beta the NDA will be lifted, then any images and game mechanic topics ect... from before and after NDA lifting will be allowed without penalty from WG.

I've seen a few other FPers in (they're usually all like oh dayum you from fp and go die 2 minutes into the game) but mostly there's a few common testers that I bump into all the time due to their skill level being around equal

What I really enjoy about the WO series is that they really do their research, as if they hire individuals from the game's field and interview them on the most basic to the most advanced mechanics.

They made it pretty obvious in the WoT through the tank mechanics, their maneuvering speeds, shell distance, radar, etc.

And, seemingly from the questions, it seems like they are going to add a bunch of aerial maneuvers as well which will be really cool. One question I have though for the map side of things is how edges of maps will work, like if we hit the bottom do our planes swerve back around, explode, or bounce off?

I applied for a WoWP beta account. I doubt I'd get in but it doesn't bother me too much knowing the flight characteristics will feel like MegaRace from the old 3DO if anyone remembers that game. Now world of Battleships. THAT I want to play. I love Navy Field but until you got into a large ship, which takes forever, you're just fodder, period. And 2D + Sprites gets old after a while

It's convinced me that not only I'm not as terrible as I think I am (usually like, 2 kills), but that hopefully more stuff like this will happen in the future.

The t28 is just a poor tank overall

Once you get the KV you'll begin having better matches, assuming you don't suicide rush like half the pubs

I'm terrible in most of my tanks. American TD I find actually fun to play, everything else I die too quickly to accomplish anything. I don't have any higher tier tanks apart from a T-34-85.

Uh just try sitting back for your battles. If you don't have enough armor/health to tank then support the tanks that can take the damage. That's why I don't really believe any tanks below tier 5 are good measurements of a person's skill. It's pretty much just luck of the diceroll.
