Role based skills:
Loader
Skill 1) -20% chance of ammo rack explosion, work only after reaching 100%. Russian tanks
Driver
Skill 1) Smooth Driving: -1% to reticle spread while moving for each 10% of the skill. Does not work when tank turns in one place. US tanks
Skill 2) -25% chance of engine fire, works only at 100% German tanks
Gunner
Skill 1) Sniper: +5% chance of module/crew damage, works only after reaching 100%. TrollKV + Arty
Skill 2) -1% to reticle spread while moving turret for every 10% of the skill. US tanks
Skill 3) Enemy who's located in a +/-15 Radius of where gun barrel is pointing will be lighted up for additional 5 seconds, works only after reaching 100% Everyone, mostly TDs
Skill 4) +5 meters to the radius of where bushes do not block your tanks view TDs
Radio
Skill 1) +1% radio range for every 10% of the skill
Skill 2) +1% to view range for every 10% of the skill Bushscouts
Skill 3) Radio transmission of enemy positions last for additional 10 seconds after your tank is destroyed, works only after 100% Suiscouts
Commander
Skill 1) Crew, except for Commander, earn +1% extra experience per battle for every 10% of the skill. For crew training
Skill 2) Commander will be informed that his vehicle have been detected. TDs, bushscouts
Skill 3) Commander will see/know what modules are damaged on hostile tank, but only if said tank is in your own view range. Works only after reaching 100%. everyone, but especially TrollKV + Arty for the ultimate satisfaction
Skill 4) Commander may replace any unconscious crew member, effectiveness is based on: 50% of commanders skill and how many crew members are unconscious. Everyone
