Played first gig with the new band last night. Went pretty well I thought. Singer forgot the words to a song, but me and the drummer held it together while she panicked, and she got away with it by laughing about it with the crowd.

Some of Dizzee Rascalls entourage were there, they looked into it, and came up and thanked us and siad it was really good afterwards. Pretty happy with that.

Sometimes pop music can have a deep effect on people. Probably their personality/charisma.

In Lights' case it just seems to be her damn good looks.

And yes, I enjoy pop.
Most of it though, like pretty much anything in any genre I listen to, is either mixed with other genres or so experimental and different that you can't really call it simply pop.
