Someone was talking about music, and said "People are so close-minded when it comes to screamo. I mean, what they say really matters and isn't like Pink Floyd where they just talk about drugs for the entire song"

it's really real, it evolved from a couple things - i forgot what they were exactly, but i know it's bands like saetia and pg. 99. i will forever remember because i was corrected on what actual screamo was when i was 15.

i hardly have sleep paralysis any more but i've had very interesting experiences with it
in fact one of my favorite albums ever is about sleep paralysis and finding clarity through dreams and it

The visions by themselves are bad enough, but not being able to move or make a sound puts it at number 1 on my things of I don't want to wake up to.

I have sleep paralysis every now and then. it's almost always frightening as all living fuck

last episode I can remember happened a few days ago. there was a disfigured head hanging from my ceiling, staring at me and breathing rapidly. I couldn't look away or blink for what seemed like an hour. once I managed to close my eyes I started to snap out of it

so yeah, sleep paralysis is bad

also it pretty much only happens when I sleep on my back. once I start drifting off to sleep and realize that I'm on my back, I have a mini-heart attack

i can usually call off sleep paralysis by just simply trying to inhale and exhale or trying to make my head vibrate
