"I can't hear a difference also anybody who claims they can is a poopyhead" is not an argument lmao
Going from average gear to decent gear, then yes you will hear a worthwhile difference but as the gear gets more expensive then it experiences diminishing returns.

And you've yet to give me an argument apart from saying you dislike mine, try again.

is "atmospheric" alone even used as a genre name? isn't it more like an added word to another genre like atmospheric black metal?
They're both used the same, as descriptive words or genre-like.

Sennheisers are mediocre headphones. Just sayin'.
    Compared to what?
You've obviously either only listened to the cheap ones or being biased for no reason.

atmospheric is a descriptive word so it pretty much doesn't mean anything else.

Ambient/Drone could be your "Atmosphere" Genre. or even the Field Recordings section.

No offense but your earlier posts never implied that you were even slightly interested in even moderate hi fi gear. I think it's fairly commonly accepted amongst people with working brain stems that you can get 90% of the quality from gear sub-1000, but getting the final 10% can cost you ten times that. Most of are content with that, some less so.

But, regardless of how many disagree, there is a difference between 320 and FLAC, hifi gear is worth getting, and regardless of your bitrate your files are still inferior to vinyl :smug:

Shit. I pretty much just got made redundant. The company can no longer afford me so my contract will be changed to a 0 hour contract and I won't be on the rota. But reading my contract, I need 4 weeks beforehand and written confirmation of any changes. Time to take it to these fuckers. Terribly run company, no wonder it's tanking.

I need some uplifting, conquering music. Something victorious. Got any?

Classic in its genre, but the cover makes me not want to listen to it.

    Dat comic sans.

    Edited:

I can agree that I listen to music based on the cover sometimes. The new Uneven Structure album was one that I listened to because of the cover and liked.

I can agree with that, if someone is like "this album is awesome, listen to it" I will listen to it expecting it to be awesome. That probably explains why I like Kid A as much as I do, I gave that album a ton of chances before I actually started to like it.
