I felt sick today and was planning on cutting school, so my mom got INCREDIBLY pissed. If you really want to know the details of this morning's fight, check the Airsoft Daily Life thread, page 49. She ran downstairs and started to pull my PC out of the wall, and she managed to shake it to the point where one of my sticks of RAM broke. Pin snapped or something.

Tested each stick, one worked, one didn't. Problem solved, made up with mom, everything's back to "normal."

I'm assuming the stick wasn't seated properly when I installed it, so it died. I guess the moral of the story is to quintuple check every single component in your computer.

No I hadn't. I've been working on an excel exam for the last 3 hours or so and submitting it 10 minutes before it's due.

It showed up as late and I got a zero on it. I emailed the prof about it, but I don't know if they'll do anything. They've even called me to say, "You've missed X, Y, and Z, I've extended them for you." Which is nice, but I don't have the fucking time.
