Summary: I purchased the WD200BB to replace a 2.1 gig Western Digital that went through hell and still operates flawlessly today. The new drive made my old P133 50% speedier. I recently built an Athlon 1.4 and moved the 200BB to the new computer as the master boot drive. The drive performs well and stores data flawlessy.

Get it. That drive is the shit.

Well, all the later ones can, but you can't buy old enough models anywhere to find one that wouldn't fit these.

And of course, if you somehow do, there's those converters that convert this plug to the larger one.

Turns out the "I'm a SCADA" thing in the picture I linked isn't a joke.

Someone's running CJDNS and an IRC server on something that's generally used for SCADA.
It's a small 1.2GHz ARMv5 box with 512MiB of RAM.
