I have only gotten a single penta, it was with post-nerf Vayne.
I've gotten plenty of quadras though, two with Karthus, two with Mordekaiser and one with Teemo, and probably a few more that I haven't remembered.

philosopher stone (if regrowth) catalyst (if anything else)
Rod of ages (dont, if you got philo)
chain vest OR negatron cloak depending on what kind of damage the enemy has the most, you can get both (or get a needlessly large rod if you're just stomping)
shurelyas reverie (if philo stone)
situational items from here:
if stomping - rabadons, void staff, zhonyas hourglass
if normal - wit's end, abyssal scepter, frozen heart
if getting stomped - randuins omen, force of nature
final item is usually guardian angel, boots are either mercs treads or sorc shoes
max Q if enemy is slow/dumb, max W if it's 1 or 2 casters, and max E if you're not getting kited

Bought Fizz about 3 hours ago and in the third game I went 28/9 and nearly got my first penta but Ashe's lifesteal just about kept her alive. Is he blatantly op or was the enemy team just REALLY bad?
I lost that game btw...

Rough early game since a lot of mids can beat him up if they're not completely retarded. Does good in jungle but on hit build is less prone of girthing everyone to death late game.

Singed is a fucking train on dominion, I just went 15/4/15
Their alistar raged so hard, "BG report singed"
Aparently it's BM to say in all chat "I'M DANCIN' I'M DANCIN'" and then "/d" when you survive a team fight with 100 hp and score a double kill.
That jax game we had a dcer, dominion 4v5 is friggin' impossible, we were like "ok w/e let them 5 cap, just kill them for fun" then we accidently had 3 points because the other team was messing around and doing stupid things.
It was fun, they were awful, but 4v5 is impossible because you can't protect the backdoor.
The singed game? Vollyball practice. We ran singed, volleybear and our spiker was olaf because of his true spike.
I just ran around popping ghost + ulti and tossin' bitches left and right. On multiple occasions we chain threw people. It was fucking dirty.
Ugh that 1/6/10, we had a duo queue with our lovely 3s, it was donkey-kong's jungle, that is to say wu-kong fed their zigg's mid while trist just sort of farmed all game. We won because our team comp was nasty, me friend was rocking his alistar (his best champ) and they had a DCer AD ahri. Also I never got blue buff because selfish monkey 'wanted' it.

I don't get why some people play this game if they're just going to tantrum because they're below me in picks so I get to play my first choice. So they feel the need to lock in a useless champ.
You can say eve isn't bad but she's so useless on dominion, sure you can start off decent and appear to win, you can win top--especially with wu-kong ziggs top which we were running--but about halfway through the game all of the free gold turns eve into a huge liability as everyone can 1v1 her and she can't win 2v2 fights.

I never have any trouble jungling with her.
A little bit ass-backward, but I've got a route that's fool-proof as long as your team can hold lanes and doesn't require early-game babysitting:
Start with vampiric scepter. Golems (smite small one, activate W, wail on big one), Wraiths, Wolves, go back and buy cloth armor. Then same route followed by red buff, then you do what you have to do (go back at 1200 gold for wriggles + boots) then wee I'm Shyvana I NEVER DIE.
