We have to think of a retarded typing quirk that makes absolutely no sense.

I'd like to put forth the idea of the androgynous Ahnuld speaking entirely in television slogans and cliches to the point of being nigh unintelligible.

it should use obscure characters from foreign languages that you only know about from wikipedia
like half the fantrolls on pesterchum using the quirk maker thingy
like b=Б, w=Ш and so forth until it is absolutely painful to read

also: ridiculous horns

and a dumb name
going off of Ahnuld (which adheres to the 6/6 rule that is followed by real trolls and fantrolls who apparently dont get the 6/12 thing)
