But god damn it, I just can't make myself run every one of them to the end when I begin a diffirent approach in a new walkthrough... I've got so many unfinished ME and ME2 saves I just don't feel like finishing...

Its a mixed relationship actually.

Cerberus did a lot of damage to the trust between Quarians and Humans, but Humans never really jumped out to them to begin with so its more like they don't know each other that well.

So its a stand off-ish attitude.

However I have that feeling Shepard's actions, would change a lot of that depending on what you did.
