People from England don't speak English, they speak British, which is a different beast entirely.

So far most of my Mun missions are successful in that I get there, and in some interesting craters judging by the topography data I collected, but I have been unable to return. Need to pack more return fuel, but that means increasing the mass of the lander meaning I need to expend more fuel to decelerate for a landing. Seperate deceleration and landing stages?

Im going to go explore the highest and deepest parts of the Mun.

I wonder how new steam/gog downloader force a download. That would be awesome to have. Mod manager plus downloader.

Second idea: dependency downloads. say kersplosion requires jimbos fire plugin and mcb's smoke. if you are using the force downloader, and choose kersplosion on the website, the site says "installing this mod will also install 'jimbos fire plugin', 'mcb's smoke'".

    Guys, hear me out:

    * Last dev update was July 13. A changelog for the Experimental.
    * Man lands on the Moon July 20, 1969
    * Kerbal EVAs in next update, allowing kerbals to walk on moon.
    * July 20 is one week after the last dev update.

While you do have sound logic I have one detail you may have missed.

The Devs wish to enjoy their weekend. If they release it on Friday, there may be unforseen issues that cause them to work on Saturday. Everyone who's ever worked on a game knows you release new stuff on Monday.

AND, on July 23, 1972 the United States launched Landsat 1. This was the first earth resourses satelite. So MAYBE there is another part of .16 we don't know about!

... that has to do with meteorological data...

Okay, nevermind. Clearly too much of a stretch.

But which would be cooler: Waiting for some insignificant day to release a patch that lets us walk on the moon, or deal with a butt load of bug reports at once while releasing a patch that lets us walk on the moon on the day we walked on the fucking moon?

So I'm at 21K stable moon orbit with unlimited fuel, rcs, a weak thruster and landing gear, kinda afraid of landing. Especially cause it took like 5 tries and 4 pieces of debris in earth orbit to get here.

    Edited:

What's even shittier is that I tried burning retro with my top part on earth and it wans't enough to counter gravity. But mun has less gravity so it might work, but I don't know :/

Getting to other celestial bodies is actually easier then I expected. The hardest part is usually the landing because everything FUCKING EXPLODES when you tip over
