May I ask what desk that is?

Two IKEA GALANTs
Zip ties and duct tape work for me.
http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30200253/ ikea sends its meatball farmers to your house and they manage your cables personally with the use of this item
Not sure if wrong, but are you allowed to plug an adapter into an adapter? Isn't it dangerous?
I don't see why it would be, I've done that loads of times before on LANs and whatnot, not even once has anything happened.
It might be plugging a 6-way extended adapter into another one then. Was told it would overload the plug/circuit. On that picture is fine, but I guess when you start adding more plugs on the sides of the small adapters, etc if you get me.
Correct me if i'm wrong though.
We've had long trains of 4way adapters into eachother as we couldn't find more then one bigger one, and nothing happened. But don't take my word for it, might be a matter of the quality of the adapter, or simply a matter of luck.
I'm not really sure, but to me it seems the reason making long trails of adapters would be bad is because you can exceed what the adapter's wiring was designed to handle (primarily, I would think, the ones closer to the wall) or draw more current than the wall outlet could handle.
As such, I would think it's both the quality of the adapters you're using and the amount of power you're using, and perhaps even at which adapter you're pulling more of the power (drawing more power from the adapters closer to the wall would, I would think, be better than pulling the same amount of power from the adapters farther away).
Personally, I never chain adapters just to be on the safe side.
No, 1 to 2 is fine. Its not like I'm plugging 8 fucking plugs into one. Its a threesome, not a gang bang.
Strange Analogy.
I've been daisy chaining three adapters for 7 years now (the same ones, too) and haven't had any problems, I don't think daisy chaining adapters in-itself is dangerous, just the fact that by using multiple adapters, your plan is to plug a shitload of things into one socket which then, becomes dangerous.
Couldn't find it at the local one
Oh wait, US.
FUck
You can put infinite adapaters into each other, it will just cause too much power to be drawn.
But the devices on it can all influence each other, so that's an issue.
I think the real danger is the extension adapters themselves. They're likely manufactured to handle well at a certain throughput. Similar to how a CPU is guaranteed to work at stock clock-speeds.
You can daisy-chain them together to have more power passed through them, but eventually you're going to hit a limit. Whether it be too much throughput for the adapters to handle, or too much heat for them to operate correctly. In such a similar way that a CPU can be over-clocked, but in the end it's going to hit a limit regardless of what you try to do to counter it.
Of course I don't have much knowledge of electrical engineering so this is just a theory.
The best idea is to use those 3 to 2 prong adapters to plug into your extension cords that plug into your power strips that plug into your power strips.

I love my GALANT corner desk. I get way more room than I expected to as well, meaning I didn't have to buy the extension parts.
at the moment i have 2x 70w samsung speakers, 1 x 23" asus screen and 1x 17" laptop and lots of other stuff on my desk, would that fit?
laptop > hdmi > screen
laptop > aux > speakers
Just upgraded my computer, setup is mostly the same. also rocking a GALANT corner desk. best desk around.

Posting a picture of mine for reference.
If the standard was too small, you can always purchase the extension pieces.

Your girlfriend is a cat?
What should I put in that bottom right corner? Not a lot of space...maybe 50 inches X 50 inches.

Everyone who knows how good IKEA is!!!
Should i replace this
With this
Yes footspace is nice and no one needs those compartments.
Doesn't seem worth it Bora, unless you need the space.
Im getting a desktop so i kinda do need the space
Looks decent but honestly it would be annoying imo, i always like something to rest my legs on, im lazy but yeah.
I have the Fredrick from IKEA or something, it has enough place for 3 screens and desktop underneath + more place above shelfs
Can you send me a link?
http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/60111123/
