Well it doesn't look stock (and stock ICS is beautiful) enough. I think I'll really wait for kernel source and flash CM9 when video recording works and just stay on that. I'm not that much of a flash junkie (plus I think most custom ROMs have terrible graphics).

All of the themes I've seen so far lacked something.. I'm way too picky I guess.

And to be honest, if I found a Samsung ROM with AOSP Lockscreen, I would've probably switched already. (there is one judging by screenshots, but it uses the weird Gingerbread lockscreen font) The monkey that designed TW's lockscreen should be locked in a cage.
Sure, I can use WidgetLocker, but even then, the stock lockscreen does pop up here and there :|

Since MegaUpload went down, everyone felt the pain. MU was THEEEE FASTEST service I ever tried. I mean, I got MAX 15 MB/s down when I was downloading mods n stuff. Seriously, I would never use FileServe, etc. since they ALL SUCK. Download speed caps for free users, shit man MU just has a time limit with no speed cap/file size cap. MU was the best of the best, sucks how it's dead now.

It sucks, indeed.

Also, a lotta people mirror stuff on MU since it's so fast.

Sometimes when I unlock, the stock screen briefly flashes before it the phone unlocks.. and when I stop a call the screen pops up again D:

Not even close to me. It was decent at times, but mostly it went up to MAX 500kb/s. Rapidshare used to be amazing for the past year or so, up to 3mb/s not a single fuck given. But a few days earlier they dropped the free user speed to 30kb/s.
It's sad but I bet file hosting websites will improve, new ones will appear, some current ones will dissapear.. all that in just a few months. Because these limitations will get many of them closed due to unpopularity. Rapidshare could basically close their free user downloading right now with a speed limit like that. I think we're getting a bit off topic though.

GO Locker flashes the homescreen before going to the lockscreen too...

But at least they fixed it so it would actually run when your phone is turned on from off.

most probably yes, but much later than the Desire HD, seeing as American carriers have the habit of delaying updates

that's a question I cannot answer, though it's probably testing and adding carrier apps and bloatware, the usual shit

there are custom ROMs that come out way ahead, with some luck there maybe is an ICS ROM out for the Inspire 4G, your best bet is to check XDA

Tried the Touchwiz ICS leak on my Note.
I don't really mind Touchwiz, but that ROM felt just wrong.
They did a really good job of hiding all the traces of ICS, though.
