On ICS how do I use my external SD card as where the camera will save pictures and videos. I can't find an option to change it

Don't know if it works like that for non-samsung camera apps.

Added option to select location of saved videos / photos (android_packages_apps_Camera)

This leads me to believe that it's a modified ICS camera app.

My camera app doesn't look like that, unless the ROM I use modified it but even Instagram started working with my memory card and now it wont' pick it up. The camera apps have no choice of where to save it

Some camera apps allow you to save it in specific locations, like camera zoom fx.

So my neighbour just gave me an HTC Inspire 4G, basically brand new...Are there any good as-vanilla-as-possible ICS ROMs for the Desire HD/Inspire 4G? I haven't seen any CM9 builds for it floating around so that's already out, I think.. I checked out XDA but..shit's confusing man, and I prefer to take the word of Facepunch.

Hey, my friend has a headset that connects using microUSB for her featurephone that doesn't have a 3.5mm jack. Is there a way for her to use it on an Android phone if she gets one? (i have a samsung galaxy q android so i was trying to test it on that and couldnt get it to work)

    Here's the headset:

(don't say "get an adapter"; i just wanna know if there's a native way to do audio through microUSB on android)

That one was bought because of a similar thing, the one I had before died and had to replace it.

    Should had waited for S3
Wouldn't have had money for it.

On the other hand I couldn't survive a single day without having music when I'm going to places.

Hyrdog3n. Does that not allow it or something?
Doesn't seem like it's an AOSP feature. However, CyanogenMod9 had this option merged into the nightlies about a week ago, as you can see here:

There's a Storage option that allows setting the directory to: Internal, SD Card or USB storage (no idea how that works though).

So I'm finally getting sick of my iPhone 3GS because it's so horribly slow. Which android phone should I get?
Is it worth waiting for the S3? I'm mainly looking for phones that have the best performance.

HTC One X or the S3, play around with both and see which one you prefer.

There should be an update to fix that, too:

Name of the tablet, else there's not much advice anyone here can give you. (sounds like a bootloop though)

This goes to everyone having problems: State your device name (and if possible, ROM version)!
There's like a thousand Android devices so it gets difficult trying to help anyone with issues.

Try taking the battery out and leaving it for a good 15 minutes or so before putting it back in, then try booting again.

Step 1: Apply face to desk with a large amount of force.
Step 2: Lift face back up to upright position.
Step 3: Go back to step 1, and repeat until you're unconscious.
