Tried over Kies?
Tried over Kies?
Try Kies
-edit-
You ninja
ftfy
I never had any problems with PC version
I mean it eats a lot of ram, but thats about it
Tinychat is even worse. Huge memory leaks, impossible to use.
Any ARM device, then.
I have no clue what to do on Kies :(
Kies doesn't even work for me.
GTA III is great on my Nexus, like, perfect and everything.
Just had a small bug where if I turned the speedometer on, the car would always turn to one side.
Assuming you really meant the accelerometer, the same happens to me so I'm stuck with touch controls.
Have you tried a controller? I wrote a bunch of stuff about it here.
http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1199850
If you have a PS3 or Wii you probably won't need to buy a controller either.
For me it causes an IE Protected Mode process to launch and completely obliterate any chance of getting anything done on the computer.
I had to act really fucking fast to get it out of my startup list because if it stays running for too long I have to press the reset button to get out.
I...
....will try this. All I need is an actual controller, or I can connect my computers keyboard and mouse to my phone through wifi but them latency issues and such. And stream the games on my computer or TV....
Just because the phone is related to Sony doesn't make it a PS3 bro...
But, but, but you can use your phone AS a controller...
Yes! So far in CM10 on my RAZR I finally have data and it has stuck through 3 reboots.

I have two Wii controllers and I was all pumped when I realized I could pratically turn my phone into a console, but as it turns out mine doesn't support bluetooth gamepads :(
Edited:
Oh, apparently it works on ICS! Although I can't figure out how to configure my emulators for it to work.
I have $1.50 on a prepaid credit card to spend it on apps, the only thing that I can buy that seems useful would be that xda premium app, but then again it's xda. I wouldn't see myself browsing it much. If I buy an app for a dollar, 50 cents would be left over. I guess I can use it for some sort of donation.
Edit: Now I have 58 cents
Get the humble music bundle
I would but I already have it (friend gifted it to me yesterday)
cm10 is neat but not much different than cm9; I'm still going to use cm10 though
pfft, my phone is still stuck on CM7 :/
gnex finally fucking shipped
it better get here tomorrow
guys, any recommendations for good weather widgets/apps? I've been using Beautiful Widgets until now, but I feel like it adds a TON of (for me) unwanted widgets to the ICS launcher when I was just using the 4x1 widget..
Preferred featuers: Ability to have two locations active, one of them being a geolocation of my current position.
I also tried 1weather and didn't like it too much, not to mention it kept telling me my geolocation was somewhere in Antarctica![]()
sbrissen is posting Android 4.1.1 builds for the Epic 4G Touch. Not rooted though, as of now everything works but root. Since there isn't any thread for it yet I figured I'd ask here...how do I root something without root already enabled in the ROM? I have an su zip from ages ago...like early ICS/late GB time but I'm hesitant.
at least on the gnex cm10 feels SO MUCH BETTER than stock. but that might be bcause my phone came in with ics installed
so like how do you stream stuff off your phone onto your TV? I mean media sharing works, using my phone as a remote works, but how do I stream what I see on my phone to the TV?
You need a good phone to start with
-snip-
I already have SU installed. I cleared cache/data, rebooted and tried to update the binary and no luck. Says "Gaining root...failed!"
Okay, now what?
And now you Google "android stream video to tv"
And bam, look at all of those results.
I did, it either required a hdmi cable or did hdmi mirroring. I can't do that...
How about onto pc? All I need is to connect my phone to computer and use android sdk right?
Anyone want to guess the odds JB will ever be ported to Allwinner A10?
Please be joking, every result when you google that comes up with "Wirelessly stream content blah blah blah"
You can even see without clicking on any results that it can be done with doubletwist or a DLNA enabled TV.......
Well that's annoying. After I updated my Nexus S to Jelly Bean, Swiftkey gets reset to the stock keyboard and the Beautiful Widgets 4x1 weather widget disappears from my home screen each time I reboot or use USB disk mode. Google needs to test their updates better, I was hoping to stay stock this time.
I want to stream what I see on my phone screen to my tv live, not what is on the sdcard such as photos on the TV.
Not possible without a HDMI cable
So haven't really been following anything that's been happening.
Anything I should know about the Galaxy S2? Anything new came out I should have a look at?
I have Cyanogen mod 9 or something, so any big releases or anything?
