I was able to get much longer battery life with MIUI. I thought people said CM9 battery last longer?
How long was Titanium Backup on? Seems fucking weird that it's in the first place in battery usage.
Well, it had some fuckup, so the restoring just keeps going on and on.
When it asked me to restore, I said yes, and then I cancelled the installation, and the loading wheel kept going. Couldn't even kill the process.
Nope, left it on. After that I only noticed that was possibly killing the battery.
Is that a recurring problem? Had it several times while on MIUI as well.
Yeah it was probably TiBU using background CPU cycles trying to restore apps. My TiBU freaks out if, while restoring apps, I accidentally hit the 'open' button instead of 'finished' or whatever the fuck the other option is.
Ok, here is the deal.
These are the facts:
I am an idiot.
I have no clue what model this tablet pc is.
This thing currently has android os 2.2 kernel 2.6.32 build number v 1.5.5.
I was deleting applications and I deleted something that I was not supposed to delete and now it is stuck on a screensaver. I can turn the device off to see the loading screen and when its done its just the screensaver again.
How can I get this to work again? I should be able to connect this to my pc with usb but I have no clue what to do. D:
Yeah, always check XDA
I thought the Transformer Prime can't charge through USB, but it is charging through USB although it doesn't say this, but it's at 96% now, up from 46%. What gives? Could it be my motherboard, since it does have charging while unpowered capabilities (it's one of those extra feature mobos).
AND SO IT BEGINS!

How do I disable TouchWiz 4 or whatever it is on SGSII? Normal ICS looks better...
You can either download a new launcher (eg: ICS Launcher) or root and install a new ROM MIUI offers loads of customization, while CM9 (note, CM9 has no stable build yet) is essentially stock ICS.
If the option is available to you, CM9 feels much better than the ICS-themed launchers available on the market.
Installing another launcher doesn't get rid of touchwiz
I love how future proof the SII is, although the galaxy SIII has been released and some companies are starting to move on to having quad core processors in their phones, It's still a excellent phone, I love using mine for emulating old consoles.
Does anyone know a good kernel or ROM for the SII? I've recently brought a extended battery for the phone and I feel like overclocking it to it's full potential.
I hate the library that I'm in right now, I can't even update anything.
Also sometime next week I'm going to send my phone off to be fixed, fixing the array of problems which I hate which will take like a week.
Alright so I want a tablet for use of like watching movies, surfing, music and all that and some light gaming (some GTA 3 or max payne possibly)
And I've picked 2 tablets that looks good but I need you guys recommendation
The ones I've picked are Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 ($486, 392€, 313£) and ASUS Transformer pad TF300 ($543, 439€, 350£)
So is there a reason to buy the galaxy tab over the transformer? The price difference isn't really an issue for me and the Transformer has a quad core processor and Galaxy dual core.
Feel free to recommend me any other tablet aswell for maximum 600$
Oicani Gonzales: Galaxy Nexus is back on the Play Store!
All of this lawsuit bullshit makes me want to buy a galaxy nexus right now, regardless if it has a microSD card slot of not.
