I can't tell if you used Simple DoF or Super DoF, but in case you used the former always do Super

also type jpeg_quality 140 into Launch Options on Steam, it'll look a whole lot better when you take a screenshot

Use SDoF instead of normal DoF or ToyTown, it'll give much better results. Turning on Bloom also isn't a good idea. Holding shotgun like this is very uncomfortable. Try to imagine that you're holding shotgun, pose the way you would hold it or look for images with people holding shotguns in them, then try to recreate it in yur scene.

But i was using SuperDOF and SimpleDOF together

They're not really supposed to be any specific group, most special forces groups in vietnam looked pretty much the same and used pretty much the same stuff.

You should consider swapping the phys with something easier if it's giving you trouble. All you've got to do is copy+paste the phys from another model, rename the copied phys to the name of the phys you want to replace, and overwrite the old phys file with the new one.

Also, what map is that? It looks pretty great.
